Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)

EMDR is a powerful trauma-focused therapy that helps clients reprocess painful memories and experiences, allowing the brain to heal naturally. This is a cornerstone of our practice and is particularly effective for those dealing with trauma from sexual abuse, childhood trauma, and other significant life experiences. EMDR is offered in-person, ensuring the most supportive environment for deep healing.

Play Therapy & Sandtray Therapy

We provide Play Therapy and Sandtray Therapy for children and youth. These approaches offer younger clients a way to express and process their emotions in a safe, non-verbal manner. Play Therapy is particularly effective in helping children who have experienced trauma reconnect with their emotions, while Sandtray Therapy helps clients of all ages externalize their internal experiences in a way that is empowering and insightful.

Mindfulness & Self-Compassion Therapy

Inspired by the work of Dr. Kristin Neff, we teach clients the value of mindfulness and self-compassion as tools for healing. These therapies help individuals reconnect with themselves, cultivate kindness, and build resilience. We focus on developing self-soothing practices, mindful awareness, and compassion-based approaches to help break the cycle of self-criticism and foster inner strength.

Internal Family Systems (IFS)

A therapeutic approach that fosters understanding of inner parts, each holding unique roles, emotions, and experiences. By embracing these parts with compassion, individuals can heal emotional wounds, restore inner harmony, and achieve lasting personal growth, guided by the leadership of the core Self.
